국내 중이온가속기에서 생성한 희귀동위원소 빔으로 우주용 반도체의 단일 사건 효과를 처음으로 확인했습니다. 그동안 해외 시설에 의존하던 시험을 국내에서 수행할 수 있게 되었으며, 중이온가속기연구소가 외부 연구자에게 제공한 빔으로 나온 첫 논문입니다.

The first demonstration that rare isotope beams produced at RAON can induce single event effects in space-grade semiconductors — a test that previously had to be done abroad, and the first paper from beam time RAON provided to external users.
